Exploring Munich

the top six hotels to stay

About me

Hi, everyone! My name is Maxi and I'm the blogger behind the travel and lifestyle blog Maxi Linnea. Years after I created my now very successful Instagram account @maxilinnea, I founded this website in cooperation with Dominik David, who is working as a photographer for Maxi Linnea and runs his own artist website dominik-david.com.

After studying and working as a professional hair and make-up artist and beauty specialist, I'm now working as an assistant editor for the beauty department at Joy & Shape magazine in Munich. In my free time I like to document my experiences and most loved moments on this blog and on social media. During the past few years I've worked with national and international brands to spread the things I love the most with people that share the same interests.

Maxi Linnea is inspiration for anyone who's interested in travel, fashion, beauty and culture. Because my personality is very versatile, anything I write on this blog will be.
In 2018 I want to focus on international growth by travelling around a lot, collecting memories, taking lots of photos, writing new stories and producing even more high-quality content for you.
